Where required (by platform rules, context, or ethical clarity), we disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-assisted.

Consent is valid only within a clearly defined scope, confirmed in writing. Any use outside this scope requires fresh written permission.

Consent can be withdrawn. If consent is revoked, we stop creating new outputs using that identity and handling of existing outputs follows the written scope agreement. We coordinate next steps with the client to ensure safe and respectful closure.

Sensitive/raw identity assets used for AI twin workflows are retained for 30 days and then removed, unless a longer retention is required by a written agreement.

The client owns final deliverables created for them (unless agreed otherwise in writing). We do not use your identity assets to support other clients or for cross-client training.

We apply safeguards to reduce misuse, including use limited to verified/approved channels, controlled access to sensitive assets, and clear labeling/scope controls in internal delivery.

Publishing is approval-gated. Daily approvals are required before content is published (where publishing is part of delivery). We also conduct bi-weekly or monthly improvement meetings.

We do not support celebrity or politician cloning, deceptive impersonation/misinformation, or any use intended to manipulate or mislead audiences about identity.
